December first half

Done with School.

Sun rise at our Rexburg apartment.

In Layton

Malea playing with the train at the Potter house.

Colton fixing the speaker covers.

He had to rip the old ones off and it was disintegrating as he ripped it off.

Punching the old plastic out of the holes.

One year anniversary lunch at Panda Express. Good memories.

Santa came and this was Nellie's first time meeting Santa.

And this was Nellie's first time meeting Santa.

We got a lot of cool things. Colton is playing with the steak knife set we got to match our other knifes.

We also got a really cool hedgehog ornament that was made out of is pistachio shells or pine cone pieces.

Driving to Levan

We stopped in Draper, Utah, to look around IKEA. We had Nellie with us in the car and didn't want to leave her in there for fear of her freezing, so we brought her in with us. Can you see her? She made it through the whole store without incident until we where walking back to the car and she couldn't hold it any longer...

Driving in the snow.

Had to clear off our plate.

Marvin Christmas Party

Sledding with the Marvin cousins at Shepherd's hill.

Malea and Hayley.

Kaleb, Andrea, and Dallin ready for launching.

Kaleb and Andrea.

Sun peaking through the clouds.

Malea helping Brenda, Neldon, and Kaleb get ready for take off.

Climbing the hill was an awful lot like exercise...

Waving goodbye to Ace (Lacy and Willie's second son) who was sliding down the hill on his bum.

Santa Claus paid us a surprise visit.

The children were just in awe and waited in anticipation for their name to be called.

Santa decided cousin Kien was a little big to sit on his lap so they switched roles. Kien was a very good sport.

Dad and Mom Kenison with Santa.

Daddy Kenison is relaxing a little while he mans the piñata rope.

The piñata made it through all the kids and several adults. All the hard candy was pulverized by the time they actually broke the piñata open. This peanut butter cup was somewhat watermelon flavored as a result.

Christmas tree at the Kenison Homestead.

A couple in the ward (Joyce and Richard) invited us all over for lunch on Sunday. They had a really neat Christmas village with a train going around their Christmas tree.

Models trains are obviously kind of Richard's little hobby.

After the excitement of seeing Richard's trains, we couldn't wait for Dad and Mom to open their present.

They were excited to get a "toy" for Christmas!

They promptly set it up and had it going in no time! It is pretty awesome (if we do say so ourselves…)!
